Guide
How to cancel Paramount+
Check who bills you first
Paramount+ asks you to cancel on the platform you signed up through: its own website, Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or a phone or TV provider. Signing up on a PlayStation, an Xbox or a smart TV normally means you pay Paramount directly through its website, so those go in the first section below. If you can't remember, your card or bank statement names who takes the money.
Paying Paramount+ directly
- Sign in at paramountplus.com in a browser and open your account page (paramountplus.com/account).
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to the end.
This is also the route if you subscribed on a PlayStation 5, an Xbox or a VIDAA smart TV: those sign-ups are billed by Paramount, not by the console or TV maker.
Paying through Apple
- Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Paramount+, then Cancel Subscription, then Confirm.
If there is no Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew. On an Apple TV the same list is under Settings → Users & Accounts → your account → Subscriptions.
Paying through Google Play
- Open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions.
- Choose Subscriptions, tap Paramount+, then Cancel subscription.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Paying through Amazon (Fire TV)
- Sign in at amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions.
- Next to Paramount+, select Actions, then Turn Off Auto-Renewal, and confirm.
Amazon shows a confirmation message when it has gone through. Deleting the app from the Fire TV does not cancel anything.
Paying through Roku
In a browser, sign in at my.roku.com, click Manage Your Subscriptions, select Paramount+ and click Unsubscribe. On the Roku itself, highlight the Paramount+ channel on the home screen without opening it, press the * button on the remote, then choose Manage Subscription and Cancel Subscription. Roku lets you keep the channel active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Bundled with a phone, TV or internet plan
If Paramount+ came with a provider's package, that provider owns the billing. Cancel it in the provider's account settings or by contacting them; Paramount+ support cannot end a partner-billed subscription.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep watching until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded.
- On a free trial, the cancellation takes effect when the trial ends, and you are not charged. Paramount's 7-day trials exist only in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, the UK and Ireland.
- Careful with promotional offers that cover several billing periods: if you cancel, access stops at the end of the current period, not at the end of the offer. Cancel during the offer's last period instead.
- To check it worked, go back to where you cancelled. Paramount's account page and Apple's subscription list both stop offering Cancel Subscription once a cancellation is in.
Pay less instead
If the price is the problem rather than the service, the same account page lets you switch between the plan with ads and the ad-free one, where both are sold in your country.

Free to download. One optional lifetime unlock, never a subscription.
Last checked October 2026. Paramount+ changes its menus from time to time and its plans differ by country; if a step looks different, the account page on paramountplus.com is always the place to start.
